| * Shipping outside mainland US and International : We normally use Canada Post air parcel service. Based on destination and volume,
we may choose a different carrier. |
| * The shipping fee to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, etc which is outside of mainland US will be quoted in advance before the order. |
| * The shipping cost does not include customs fees, brokerage charges or any other associated fees which are the sole responsibility of customers at time of delivery. |

| * Please inspect all packages immediately upon receiving. All claims must be issued within 5 business days. If you notice any damage from shipping please call us at 1-403-276-6859 to report the damage. Make sure that you keep all packaging (boxes, shipping labels, etc...)as the shipper will inspect the package.
